Valier board approves moving forward with shared Franklin County deputy contract
The Valier Board voted to proceed with a proposed multi-municipal police contract with the Franklin County Sheriff's Office to fund a deputy to patrol participating towns 40 hours per week; one-year cost per municipality would be $19,355.68. Trustees voted unanimously to proceed.
