The Douglas County Board approved Resolution #44-26 authorizing budgetary transfers as set out in Exhibit F-9-26. Supervisor Lear moved adoption and Supervisor Jaques seconded; the motion passed on a roll call vote with 17 Yes, 0 No, and 3 Absent. The resolution's fiscal note is included in Exhibit F-9-26 and the administrative note states a two-thirds vote of the board-elect is required.
