Vice President Brad Slater sponsored a resolution recognizing a local Veterans of Foreign Wars post for reaching its 100-year anniversary; Administrator Bill Morris read the resolution and Mayor Les Syme presented it to the VFW. The council approved the resolution unanimously (recorded as Resolution 2026-J).
