Fraser trustees voted to approve Resolution 2026-05-01 authorizing the town to file a complaint and jury demand in Grand County District Court against Moltz Constructors, Inc., alleging breach of a construction contract for improvements at the Upper Fraser Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant. The town’s staff recommended the action so recoveries could begin for funds spent repairing and replacing allegedly defective work.
