The City Council approved the distribution of a Notice Inviting Bids for a Sewer Replacement Project that targets capacity‑deficient 12‑inch mains on Glenaven Avenue, Orange Grove Avenue, Midwick Drive, La Golondrina Avenue and Ross Avenue. The Sewer Master Plan concluded portions of the existing pipe could be surcharged under peak conditions and recommended upsizing sections of the main.
