Resolution on Minnesota joint powers agreement pulled from agenda at member's request

Staff member told the workshop that a resolution concerning a State of Minnesota joint powers agreement would be removed from the agenda at the request of Patrick, who is on vacation. "Patrick is gone tonight is on vacation and he asked to have that resolution for the state of Minnesota joint powers agreements to be taken off in place here," the staff member said.
