Ag Society presents two estimates for fairgrounds drainage; county portion identified
The Nance County Ag Society presented two contractor estimates to repair fairgrounds drainage, with proposed cost splits: RT Plumbing at $32,000 (County portion $10,000) and Thiessen Welding and Irrigation at $27,276.50 (County portion $11,964). The Ag Society will vote on contractor selection.

Riley Lane, representing the Nance County Ag Society, presented two contractor estimates to repair drainage problems at the county fairgrounds. RT Plumbing submitted an estimate of $32,000, with the Ag Society portion at $22,000 and the county portion at $10,000; Thiessen Welding and Irrigation submitted an estimate of $27,276.50, with the Ag Society portion of $15,312.50 and the county portion of $11,964.00. Lane said the society intends to vote on which contractor to hire at its next meeting.
