City Secretary Debra Howe told council the city had one application for two full and two alternate vacancies on the Library Advisory Board. Councilmember Nicol Schriner moved to appoint Debbie Moffett to full board position #3 for a term ending June 2027; the motion was seconded by Councilmember Valarie Solis and passed 5–0.
