Staff reports extra Public Works hours and administrative staffing increase

Staff reported additional Public Works labor hours related to recent water system and park restroom issues and said those personnel costs will continue to be monitored and may be considered as part of a future supplemental budget. The committee recorded that these operational issues had required extra staff time.
