The Price County Land Use Committee voted to approve a Conditional Use Permit for Rebekah and Brett Trigg to operate a small‑scale restaurant and tavern on property in the Lugerville Plat (N11151 County Road F). The public hearing opened at 9:11 a.m.; one letter in favor was received and owner Rebekah Trigg spoke in support of the proposal.
