Whitney Paschal told the council the Building & Zoning Review Board currently has 11 active permits and issued three permits during the prior month: a fence permit for 46 Westview Drive, a patio permit for 39 Lakeside Drive, and a carport permit for 129 Shoreline Drive. The update was recorded as a standing report during the Dec. 15 meeting.
