Selectboard declines NWFiberworx Town Meeting presentation; suggests informational session instead
After consulting VLCT guidance, the Selectboard recommended that NWFiberworx not present during Town Meeting business and instead use the town conference room for a pre-meeting informational session or utilize Article 12 for outside speakers that voters might approve.

NWFiberworx requested to present at Town Meeting and to have a booth so residents could ask questions about fiber services. After discussion and advice from the Vermont League of Cities and Towns and the clerk, the Selectboard recommended against allowing the presentation during Town Meeting, noting Town Meeting is reserved for conducting official town business.
