Riders who regularly take express routes to the Pentagon urged Fairfax County staff to reconsider adding the Springfield CBC garage stop, saying the change could lengthen trips for many Saratoga Park‑and‑Ride users and exacerbate crowding. "My concern is that most of the 394 riders are traveling to or from the Saratoga Park and Ride," said Laura, a 394 rider who asked staff to recheck schedule math that showed a shorter trip time despite adding a stop.
