The Board approved a proposed septic system for a new construction lot (Lot 34) on Hands Road after staff described two days of soil testing and a design that keeps the leach field outside the wetland 100-foot buffer. Rick said ledge forced the system closer to the road, where four acceptable test holes were found; the proposal includes a 2,500‑gallon two‑compartment tank feeding two trenches and a small retaining wall to avoid grading into the buffer.
