Kempner council adopts cybersecurity training policy and a resolution clarifying exemptions
Council adopted Title 9, Chapter 2 on cybersecurity training and approved Resolution No. 2025-01-28-001 to exempt council members from statutorily required training if they do not use city-owned technology for at least 25% of their work time.
