The Grand Blanc City Council approved a letter of support for a Revitalization and Placemaking (RAP) grant application titled "From the Jewel to Zen." Council Member Jamie Weasel moved for approval; Andy Nyquist seconded the motion. Council Member Christ Douglas recorded an abstention. The motion carried.
