Referendum projects largely complete for summer work; district shown phased plan for 2027–2028 upgrades
Solutions Architecture reported the district's referendum projects are nearing completion on many summer items (PA and clock upgrades largely done; security ~90% complete; camera installation ongoing) and detailed 2027–2028 projects including media-center, TV studio and roofing work.

At the Berkeley Heights Board of Education meeting, consultants from Solutions Architecture outlined the status of capital projects funded by the district referendum and additional summer upgrades. Presenters said security and technology work installed this summer will expand district systems while preserving compatibility with existing equipment.
