The Rockford Municipal Light Plant Board of Trustees approved Resolution 2025-08 on October 15, 2025, accepting bids in sections from Highline Construction, Inc. for the Distribution System Update Project. Chairman Daniel Miller moved the resolution and Trustee Scott Gruis seconded; the minutes record a roll call vote and state, “Motion Carried.”
