Council member Doug Lee moved and Bob Chapman seconded approval of Resolution 16-2026 to accept the Compliance Maintenance Annual Report for the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP); the motion carried 5-0 on June 9. The minutes also note that the WWTP “has a 3.86 GPA.”
