At the Human Resources committee meeting, Chair (S6) recommended reappointing Russell Hicks to the THHS board for a three‑year term set to expire on Oct. 31, 2029. "...he's ready to serve another term on the THHS board...I'm recommending, him to do another term," S6 said.
