Union City Borough’s posted agenda for the Aug. 11, 2026, public hearing lists a codification proposal described as including "Zoning Ordinance #1118." The agenda text says the codification would "provide for the repeal of certain legislation not included therein; to save from repeal certain other legislation not included therein; and to provide penalties for tampering with the code." The hearing will allow public comment on that codification plan.
