The Oklahoma County Planning Commission on Sept. 17 voted to approve the final plat for 7227 North Pegley Road (FP2026-08), a 10-acre lot proposed to be divided into two legal parcels. Staff said the split follows a general-plat approval earlier in the year and that, if approved, the final plat will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for signature and filing.
