Residents report blocked access to Highway Cemetery; board to coordinate maintenance

Members of the public told the board that access to Highway Cemetery on Mountain Road has been impaired by downed trees and erosion. A resident (speaker 6) said people had tried to enter the site and that a tractor was recently buried while attempting to clear a path. The board asked the cemetery commission and town staff (Brian and Phil) to check who is mowing the site and to evaluate whether rock or other access work is needed.
