After a closed executive session that began at 6:28 p.m., the Board of Trustees reconvened at 7:01 p.m. and approved adding a member to the district's Guardian program. The minutes record: "A motion was made by Tim Dowdy to add the member to the Guardian program as discussed in closed session. Nikki Callaway seconded the motion. Motion carried 6-0."
