Council moves Timber Ridge TIF funds into State Route 123 debt accounts

City Manager Chris Lohr explained that Ordinance 10-25 formalizes transfers from the Timber Ridge TIF fund (Fund 212) into several SR 123 reconstruction phase funds (412''' 413 414 415) so auditors can see the debt has been retired.
