Finance manager: Tyler system live, reconciliations needed before reliable six-month reports

Pam, the county finance manager, told the Executive Finance Committee that the county's new Tyler financial system went live on 01/01/2026 but that not all historical numbers were imported or reconciled at the time of implementation. "The county went live on it 01/01/2026," Pam said, then described cleaning up missing audit entries, reconciling 2024 figures and addressing 2025 adjustments with auditors.
