Manager James told attendees the packet includes five review tabs and a schedule intended to let the assembly complete a high‑level review by early summer. "And then you guys can have plenty of time to get comments and ideas back to us, and then you'll have another workshop to discuss these things in, in detail," he said, urging members to read Titles 1 and 2 ahead of the next meeting.
