Park Ridge Historic Preservation Commission staff said Aug. 5 that the HPC Awards program currently has four confirmed nominations and that a fifth candidate may be in progress. To give nominators more time and avoid vendor scheduling conflicts, staff proposed extending the nominations deadline from the approaching Friday to Aug. 24; commissioners discussed logistics and supported posting on social media to promote nominations.
