At its July 23 meeting the ZBA recommended approval of a sign variance for LensCrafters (VA-26-12), approved a minor FAR variance for 420 South Lincoln (VA-26-16), and split on the 245 Vine lot-area variance (4–4, no positive recommendation) while recommending a parking variance for 245 Vine (5–2).
