Council approves second-reading ordinance and a resolution, introduces several first-reading items
On second reading the council approved Ordinance 16-2026 (amending planning and zoning procedures) and approved Resolution 17-2026 authorizing a memorandum of agreement with Arbor Homes and PY Homes. The council also introduced multiple first-reading ordinances and resolutions including property, budget and code-compliance items.
