Lincoln Financial told the committee that consultants conducted 373 one-on-one meetings and 18 group sessions in 2025, including new-hire orientations and lunch-and-learn presentations. The vendor said outreach in the fourth quarter addressed cybersecurity, National Retirement Security Month, e-delivery, 2026 IRS contribution limits, and the SECURE 2.0 Roth catch-up provision.
