The Village of Goodrich council authorized the spending of $10,000 in 2023–24 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to stabilize the foundation of the Ladies Museum building. Chair (S1) said Atlas Talent will match $50,000 on the grant and that a full engineering estimate to repair or replace the building exceeded a quarter of a million dollars, so the immediate $10,000 allocation targets minimum stabilization to prevent further deterioration.
