The Howard County Board of Commissioners met in open session July 10, 2026, in the Howard County Courthouse boardroom in St. Paul to review budgets for fiscal year 2026-2027. Chair Kathy Hirschman called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited; County Clerk Brenda Klanecky was present to record proceedings.
