Zoning Administrator Tim Gobel presented multiple building permits, including a 167,500‑bushel grain bin for Matt Lundahl; a 40x60 pole building for Duane Schantz; a 40x100 pole building for Troy Young; a 1,500‑square‑foot house for Scott Becker; and additional shops and canopies. Gobel also presented conditional‑use splits permitting roughly 5 acres for new house sites for Ryan Lammers, Craig & Tina Sharpe, Eileen Kusel, and Riley Drahota.
