The Cedar County Commissioners approved an accelerated tax correction for parcel 7463 and voted to adopt 16 additional tax corrections that County Assessor Janelle Heikes said resulted from a state audit of homestead exemptions. Both motions carried on 3–0 votes during the April 14, 2026 meeting.
