The Clay County Board of Supervisors lowered the assessed valuation for the parcel contested in Protest #2026-008 after a hearing July 14, 2026. Protestor Ronald Olin McElefresh appeared and was sworn in by Supervisor Eric Samuelson to present his case regarding Parcel ID# 893000 in Sutton.
