The board unanimously approved the county's 2025 Noxious Weed Report after a presentation by Highway & Weed Superintendent Tim Burgeson. The approval was made by motion and roll call vote on April 7, 2026.

Highway & Weed Superintendent Tim Burgeson presented the Harlan County Board with the 2025 Noxious Weed Report at the April 7 meeting. Supervisor Joe Schnuerle moved to approve the report and George Scott seconded; roll call votes recorded all present voting yes and Mike Clements absent.
