On Sept. 16 the Las Animas County Board adopted Resolution 25‑028 (VR 2025‑002) approving the vacation of the Terra Canon Ranch Estates subdivision plat, removing roughly 841.87 acres from the recorded plat as recommended by the Planning Commission.
