At its July 17 meeting the Pierce County Board of Equalization approved a change to the assessed value for Lot 6 of Herbolsheimer Estates, recorded in the minutes as Protest #2026-10. The minutes list LAND $68,300 and BUILDINGS reduced from $781,985 to $606,795, changing the total assessment from $850,285 to $675,095.
