The Cisco City Council on Aug. 24 approved Resolution No. 2026-08-24, adopting terms of a negotiated settlement between the Atmos Cities Steering Committee (ACSC) and Atmos Energy Corp., Mid-Tex Division, and directing the company to reimburse ACSC's ratemaking expenses.
