William Goldston spoke on behalf of his wife, Nancy Goldston, and said two preexisting houses sit on the parcel and that a recent survey shows the lots meet setbacks and septic locations. Goldston told the board the survey copies arrived that afternoon and that an easement for the existing driveway would remain in place.
