The Dundy County Commissioners approved a gravel supply agreement with Windmill Ranch, LLC on May 18. The contract specifies a rate of $7 per ton and the agreement will not renew automatically on an annual basis. Commissioner Tom Richard moved to approve the agreement and Chairman Sye Tecker seconded; both voted aye (Commissioner Keiser absent).
