William Hill Goulston appeared on behalf of his wife, Nancy Goston, to request relief for a parcel that currently contains two houses and needs division or documentation of access. "I'm here on behalf of my wife Nancy Goston and we're asking for this special variance for a minor subdivision less than 5 acres," Goulston said, describing the older houses and possible flag-lot options.
