The Board approved a Conditional Use Permit requested by Kenneth Hunt to construct a building on parcel 028‑056 to host an after‑school program and to serve as a weekend event venue. Commissioner Rodney Braswell moved for approval with the condition that if the property is sold the matter must return to the Board; Commissioner Terri Lodge Kelly seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
