County Auditor‑Treasurer Amanda Sandy presented the 2025 General Fund report, explaining which fund balances are restricted for specific purposes (for example, Law Library, Recorder Technology, Recording Process Compliance and Enhanced 911) and which are assigned for county purposes such as Buildings, Capital Improvements, Capital Equipment, Ambulance and Solid Waste/Recycling. Commissioner Dan Wildermuth moved to approve the report and Commissioner Dallas Roskamp seconded; the motion carried.
