Planning staff reports on multiple development projects, CUP amendment and permit activity
Staff updated the commission on several active projects — Tiny Pony patio/parking, Wamego Trail retail corrections, Domino's/Jersey Mike's landscaping review, a CUP amendment for Joshua Springs adding a gymnasium, a cell tower biological report, mini-storage CEQA studies, and Starbucks permit inquiries.

During department reports the planning staff gave a roundup of active land-development items. Staff said the Tiny Pony project is preparing an engineered grading plan for a patio cover and additional parking; the Wamego Trail retail project is working on driveway‑width and parking configuration corrections; and Domino's and Jersey Mike's have submitted landscaping that is under staff review for consistency with prior approvals.
