During Q&A attendees raised practical concerns about mapping accuracy, legacy legal descriptions and private roads. A county land official and the presenter said missing or poor-quality legal descriptions can create problems at sale and that a survey or certified survey map (CSM) requirement reduces ambiguity when lots are sold or developed.
