An applicant proposed a residential roof-mounted photovoltaic system for 20 Parsonage Street, describing a 9.66 kilowatt installation comprised of 21 panels rated 460 watts each that will cover about 470.4 square feet. The installer said the panels will be anti-glare with black framing and will be arranged symmetrically for aesthetics and production.
