A board member moved to appoint Steven Carter Jr. as interim Public Works Director, saying, "And for our last action, I move to appoint Steven Carter Jr. as interim Public Works Director effective September 22nd, 2026 and direct staff to bring this item back for further discussion on September 29th, 2026." The motion was seconded and approved by a 3-0 vote.
