Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress consultant Eric Pearson and steering committee chair Julia Solomon updated the Town Board on the comprehensive plan revision, summarizing a year of outreach and the next steps toward a final plan. Pearson said the project goals include an open, transparent process that reflects community values and smart‑growth principles; the team has completed information gathering and visioning and is preparing a draft vision and goals to return to the public for review.
